Restorative Justice for All has a small and focused Board of Non-Executive Directors who meet using the values of restorative justice. As power sharing is one of the founding values of restorative justice and our Institute, we have a revolving chair and revolving roles when we meet including tasks such as minute taking and forming special committees. Our non-executive Directors come from various fields including working in academic on topics such as restorative justice but also in front line service delivery in prisons and family visiting centres.
